OPEN YOUR MOUTH WIDE

Genesis 8:22 As long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.

Winter seems to be going on a long time here in the Midlands, but 200 miles away in Devon my friend's photo of her garden says spring is on the doorstep and the blossom is in full petal! So beautiful to see and it gives us a little taster of what's to come here too.

I think we're probably all delighted when winter is left behind and life is like that as well. We all go through 'winter' seasons but the good news is God has guaranteed winter will come to a close even in our spiritual lives. 

Spring always follows winter so get ready for some 'Spring' in your life, a new season is coming no matter how old you are because our spirits never grow old! It speaks of new growth, freshness and bright colour where everything has seemed so grey. The Holy Spirit loves to bring all those things into our spiritual lives too, fresh anointings, greater insights, new buds of increase in all areas, seeing His plans unfold in technicolour. Let's believe for all of that and ask for a double helping! 

As we know God loves it when we ask big and believe Him for big things and Psalm 103 tells us He's pouring His benefits out on us and filling our mouths with good every day.

Look what God said to the Israelites in Psalm 81:10 .....open your mouth wide and I will fill it with good things. 

Just in case your mouth has been shut a bit tight lately, this is a little reminder to open it wide again and let God bless you as you go into this new season. His heart is to fill you with His goodness and mercy, His joy and peace, His favour and to satisfy your soul. Open your mouth wide and let God fill it!  Let's have great expectations from our great God.😊 Thank You Lord.
