Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
It happens to all of us, those times we feel guilty about something we've done or not done, or a bad attitude. Only yesterday it happened to me. The next time the enemy comes and accuses you of something, wanting to make you feel bad, point him and yourself to the cross and Jesus' shed blood. It's not our good performance that makes us righteous or keeps us in God's good books, it's only the blood of Jesus and all He did for us. How we thank You Lord!😊
Let's remember when we were born again we were translated out from the kingdom of darkness with all its guilt and shame and hopelessness.(Colossians 1:13-14)
Instead, God placed us in the Kingdom of His Son, the kingdom of light, of love and hope. His Kingdom is where joy and peace overflow, where we can know His protection and provision. It's where Jesus sets us free from all the darkness that makes us fearful or heavyhearted. He came to lift off the oppression, the sicknesses and diseases. (Acts 10:38, Matthew 4:24)) That is the Kingdom God has placed us in now and it's good news.😊
God has forgiven us and He wants us to bring whatever is weighing us down, any guilt we've been carrying, all our fears, to Him today, to see them rolled over on to Jesus at the cross.
Don't listen to the accuser of the brethren, he has no right to say anything to you at all. When we accepted Jesus, His blood washed us clean forever and God sees us as blameless in His sight and the enemy can do nothing about it! By God's grace we are free to live the godly life God wants us to!😊 Thank You Lord for the blood of Jesus.
Colossians 1:22 Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.
