STUCK IN A RUT?

Psalm 40:2 NKJV He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps.

Yesterday we looked at exploring new things which may mean climbing out of a rut of negative thinking, and instead, choosing to have a positive outlook that sees the possibilities and hopes for the best. It will make us happier than believing for the doom and glooms!😊

You may know someone who is stuck in a rut. They’re not willing to try a new positive thought that could change the way they do life. They’ve chosen to settle for what they have, stuck with their disappointments and regrets, holding on to a grudge, or an offence, instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to inspire them with all He has prepared for them.

God has made a wonderful world, with so much to learn and enjoy, so we can think God size thoughts that say we’re above and not beneath, that we can do whatever God asks us to do, and be all He says we can be.

Today would be a good day to use our faith and allow Him to stretch our imaginations, to ‘see’ ourselves healthy, ‘see’ ourselves in a better job, ‘see’ ourselves full of renewed energy and doing what we’ve never dared to imagine before.😊

You see it’s just possible we’re missing something we could be enjoying, so don’t let’s limit the One who can light a new fire in us, who lifts us out of the miry clay, which is the same as being stuck in a rut!

And don’t let’s forget, if He can raise the dead, which is the biggest rut, then He can raise us to new levels of understanding, new victories in Christ, the rock on which we stand, and has already seated us in heavenly places where all things are possible. Glory to God. In Jesus name. Amen.😊
