SOMETHING IS ON ITS WAY

Isaiah 46:10 NLT Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass….

We often receive notification a parcel is on its way, to be home to take delivery.  God let us know in advance that His Deliverer was on His way and nothing and nobody was able to stop Him from coming. Jesus arrived!

In the same way the Lord says He has something on the way for each one of us, that nothing and nobody will be able to stop it either, to stay in faith, to have great expectations and believe for the above and beyond all that we can ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). There is something good on its way, now don’t give up believing!😊

When God plans something, it happens! God has told us that He has plans to prosper us and not to harm us, so that means whatever is on its way will be to our benefit. He’s not going to send sickness or disease because He is the God who heals us. He’s not going to send us lack and poverty because the Lord is our Shepherd and we shall not lack (Psalm 23).

Psalm 34:10 says those who seek the Lord will not lack any good thing, that we will see the goodness of God in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13), that everything we set our hand to will prosper (Deuteronomy 28:8), that we are surrounded by the favour of God (Psalm 5:12). 

But what are we believing? Are we believing what we ‘see’ and what we ‘feel’? Or are we believing what God has promised? We need to be ‘faithing’ it, declaring God doesn’t lie, God doesn’t let us down, that He is steadfast and sure, His Word is our rock to stand on.

So be encouraged today. God promised us a Messiah and He arrived when He was supposed to. Now, what God has promised us will also arrive when it’s supposed to. It’s on its way! So let’s make sure our faith is at home to take delivery.😊Amen.
