Psalm 95:3 NKJV For the LORD is the great God, And the great King above all gods.
Children have a simple faith, uncomplicated by the world’s thinking and Jesus said to have the faith of a little child in order to enter His kingdom, so I thought it would be good to remind ourselves of how great and awe inspiring our God is through the eyes of simple faith.😊
Over the next couple of days I invite you to join with me as we look at some truths to jog our memories to help us appreciate all God is to us, in our here and now.
Our God is the only God. Psalm 86:10
God is good and does only good. Psalm 119:68
God is present everywhere and all powerful. Jeremiah 23:23-24/Psalm 147:5.
God loves us with an everlasting love and has drawn us to Himself. Jeremiah 31:3
God is for us, not against us. Romans 8:31
God is a generous God. He has given us everything we need to live a godly life. 2 Peter 1:3

God chooses to see us as holy and righteous if Jesus is our Lord and Saviour. Ephesians 1:4
Every now and again, if we can stop for a minute and think about each of those truths individually, and let them sink into our hearts afresh, I believe they will settle us down and give us His great peace, no matter what’s going on around us, because they remind us we have the ultimate back up and we’re not alone.
The lovely thing is we’re all invited into the very throne room of this great and awesome God and all because of Jesus.😊
