WE ARE DEAR TO HIS HEART

WE ARE GOD'S TEMPLE

Have you ever wondered if God is listening to your prayers? Well I trust the following will help you know He does.

2 Chronicles 7:15

My eyes will be open and my ears attentive to every prayer made in this place.

V16. For I have chosen this temple and set it apart to be holy - a place where my name will be honoured forever. I will always watch over it, for it is dear to my heart.

1 Corinthians 6:19

Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own.

1 Corinthians 3:16

Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

We are the temple of God and just as God said that Solomon's Temple was dear to His heart - how much more are we?!  He tells us we are now His temple.

He has set us apart to be holy, a place where His name is honoured forever. He is watching over us. He is listening carefully to every one of our prayers. Why? Because we are dear to His heart.

Know today that you are dear to God's heart.  Be encouraged. He hears your every sigh and the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with even our sighs.
