Could you do with some joy today? Well, the phrase ‘Joy In The House’ just kept going through my mind, and I found myself praying for everyone who reads this blog to have such a sense of joy in their house, in their hearts, totally inexplicable but supernatural joy that comes straight from the throne of heaven, but is down in our hearts. The sort of joy that may even have us doubled up with laughter, maybe even holy laughter, but I’m believing for a release of the joy of the Lord into all our lives. Could anyone do with some of that? I know I could, all the time!😊
The secret is to believe for it and take a few minutes out with the Lord. I’ve put a link below to a song, written in 2024, which blesses me every time I hear it or sing it and I encourage you to have a listen. It will lift your spirits and fill you with joy.😊
And afterwards just declare to yourself, ‘The joy of the Lord is my strength and His joy is bubbling up in me. I receive it, and I expect it to rise up on the inside of me like bubbles, a life giving stream throughout my day! I will not be moved by what I see, or hear, or how I feel about things. I am a child of God therefore I have His fruit of joy down in my spirit and I call it out and praise You for it Lord.”
Jesus said we can have what we believe for, so I’m here today to ask us to believe for the spirit of joy, to have a different perspective, to even look for the funny side of things when we can, to know God has us safe in His hands which is something that will drive the frowns from our faces, and the worry from our minds, and help us relax and rest in Him.😊
It says in His presence is fullness of joy, not fullness of condemnation, or blame, or sad expectations, or judgement, or doom and gloom. No, in God’s presence there is overflowing joy and He has placed it deep down in our hearts just waiting for us to stir it up and thank Him for it. So friends, let’s accept and be strengthened by His Joy today. Amen.
I hope you can have a listen to the link below through to the end when he reads Isaiah 61:1-3.😊

Thank you. We all need joy in our hearts in this world today. God's joy! A joy only he can give. Fill us to overflowing Lord with your joy. Bless you. Elaine.
